Contact MeshSVG
MeshSVG is run by a small independent team in South Africa. There is no support department and no ticketing system — messages come to one inbox and a person reads them. If something is broken, if a tool gives you output that does not work in your project, or if there is a generator you keep wishing existed, this is the place to say so.
What to expect
We answer most messages within a few working days. This is not a company with staffed support hours — if you write on a Saturday, you will hear back in the week. Bug reports get priority over everything else, because a broken export costs you real time and we would rather know.
The most useful bug report tells us three things: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a design exported wrongly, the share link from the tool is worth more than a paragraph of description — it reproduces your exact settings on our machine, byte for byte. Note that a share link carries settings and never the image you dropped in, so sending one does not send us your screenshot or logo.
Things worth writing about
Output that does not work. If CSS copied from here behaves differently in your project than in the preview, that is a bug and we want it. Tell us the browser and, if you can, the framework.
A tool that should exist. Most of what is on this site was built because somebody described a job they were doing by hand. If you are repeatedly hand-writing something a generator could produce, describe it.
Commercial use questions. The short answer is on the terms page: everything you generate here is yours to use commercially, with no attribution required. If your legal team needs that in a different form, ask.
Corrections. The guides make factual claims about colour, contrast, file formats and print sizes. If one of them is wrong, telling us is a favour and we will fix it and say what changed.
What we cannot help with
We cannot debug your site. If a gradient looks wrong inside your own stylesheet, the cause is almost always a competing rule or a stacking context in your code, and we have no way to see it. We also do not do design work to order, and we do not take paid placement in the tools or the galleries — the single ad slot is the only commercial thing on the site, and it is clearly labelled.
We hold nothing about you to look up. There are no accounts, so there is no password to reset, no subscription to cancel and no data of yours on our servers to retrieve or delete. Everything you make lives in your own browser. The privacy policy explains exactly what that means.
