About MeshSVG
MeshSVG is an independent collection of 20 free design tools — plus a browser-side PNG→ICO converter — that run entirely in your browser: grainy mesh gradients, SVG waves and blobs, noise textures, glassmorphism and liquid-glass effects, bento grid layouts, clip-path shapes, favicons and PWA icon sets, layered box shadows and neumorphism, seamless SVG patterns, gradient text, tileable material textures, OG social-preview images, platform-correct banners, screenshot mockups, and static QR codes. Every tool exports production-ready code or files — CSS, Tailwind utilities, SVG, or PNG — that you can paste straight into a real project.
The principles
Everything renders client-side. Nothing you type, drop, or design is ever uploaded — images you bring to the clip-path, PWA icon, and OG image tools are processed locally and never leave your machine. There are no accounts, no watermarks, and no paywalled exports: every design is free for personal and commercial work. Each design also has a deterministic share URL, so a link reproduces the exact same output, byte for byte, on any machine.
How it's built
The whole site is static — prerendered HTML plus a small interactive island per tool — which is why every page loads fast and works offline once cached. The generators are deterministic, seeded engines: the same parameters always produce identical output, which is what makes share links and the example galleries trustworthy. The site is funded by a single unobtrusive ad slot, which is what keeps the tools free.
Why it costs nothing
The honest answer is that it costs us almost nothing to run. A static site with no server, no database and no accounts has no per-user cost — one visitor and a hundred thousand visitors are the same bill. Because the generators run in your browser rather than ours, the expensive part of a design tool is being paid for by your laptop, not by our hosting. That is the whole business model, and it is why there is no free tier to outgrow and no export sitting behind a payment.
A single ad slot and an optional tip cover the domain. We are not going to pretend that funds a team, but it means the tools can stay free without a subscription appearing in two years when someone decides the project needs to justify itself.
What we deliberately do not do
No sign-up wall in front of an export. No watermark on a free download with a paid version to remove it. No cloud sync, which sounds like a feature and is really a reason to hold your files. No AI generation — these are deterministic engines, so the same inputs always give the same output, and that predictability is what makes a share link or a gallery design worth anything. And no analytics that follow you: we can see that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
The trade-off is real and worth stating. Because nothing is stored on a server, your work lives in one browser on one machine — clear your site data and it is gone, and we cannot recover it because we never had it. Share links carry settings rather than files, so a link reproduces a design but not the screenshot or logo you dropped into it. If those limits are unacceptable for your use, a tool with accounts will serve you better, and that is a fair reason to use one.
